Harley-Davidson offers field-based positions in Sales and other areas of the business. Typically, these positions include working out of a home office and visiting dealers within a geographic territory, in addition to attending events and industry trade shows.

Job Summary

The Associate Fleet Technician position has the primary responsibility to maintain a fleet of 21 police motorcycles used for officer training in various locations across the country (working with two primary customers; our dealers and government agencies). This role is responsible for the maintenance of all company owned vehicles, an inventory of replacement and maintenance parts, and support maintenance of semi-tractor and 53’ trailer. Significant travel is required. Locations TBD; candidates must reside in Texas.

Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of related experience
  • Must possess technical ability to perform mechanical work on motorcycles
  • Motorcycle rider training and/or significant motorcycle riding experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Candidate must reside in Texas
